As a provider of high-quality tech talent, we see a fair share of what goes into building an IT team for projects. It’s interesting to see the different cultures embedded within organizations – some companies fully embrace a flexible staffing model (combination of on-site, off-site, or off-shore consultants), while others completely shun the idea. Sometimes, and for obvious reasons, companies need their consultants on-site to manage infrastructure (though that is also changing with the breadth of cloud providers).
